If a V10.x or later application encounters an error, the application creates an encrypted errorlog.plato file on the user's desktop. 

Plato personnel can use this file to investigate faults. When raising a Support Request about an error, if you always attach the errorlog.plato file from the affected user's desktop then Plato personnel can often offer directed advice in their first response.
